Have you noticed how one thing follows another?   Have you noticed how things, seemingly inconsequential, in and of themselves, can produce enormously significant consequences.   Einstein said it this way,  "Everything is the inevitable consequences of that which came before it."   Here's the same message in a slightly different form:   

All with the Definitions of a Few Simple Words.

He who defines the words, controls their meaning.

He who controls the meaning of the words, controls the conversation.

He who controls the conversation, controls the listener.

He who controls the listener, controls his vote.   

He who controls the vote controls the Government. 

He who controls the government controls the public treasury.

He who controls the public treasury controls the money.   

He who controls the money rules the world.  

All with the definitions of a few simple words.

The L Word                          The L Word                                        ...

A Real Life Political Example: 

The "L" word :   Do you remember "the L word" from the Regan-endorsed  Bush  Sr. / Dukakis election in 1988?   Regan claimed that the word "Liberal" was so obscene that you simply could not say the word.   Like you can't say the "F" word in public,  the "L" word was claimed to be equally as obscene.   By cleverly manipulating words,  Michael Dukakis was labeled as an obscene liberal.   

The Democrats and Governor Dukakis failed to respond to this Republican character assassination.   As a result, the Republican definition stood as the truth in the minds of the public.  This was a significant factor in his defeat.   

The "L" word Still Stands :  That fraudulent definition still stands unchallenged to this today.   For twenty years, the Democrats have consistently failed to define the word  "liberal."    Hundreds of thousands of times, perhaps even millions of times, Democrats have been labeled as "liberal" and not once to my knowledge has anyone challenged that long-standing obscene definition of the word "liberal."   

Another Opportunity Lost :  Not only have the Democrats  failed to defined "liberal," they have left a major opportunity un-seized.   That opportunity is to redefine "conservative."  A qualified wordsmith could make great humor and significant ridicule of the conservative Republicans with relative ease.    

Progressive:  The Democrats  have opted to calling themselves "progressive."   What is a progressive?   Do you know?  If not, who does?   Those who choose to call themselves "progressive" would be wise to be define, "progressive".    Until it's re-defined by those who use it, it's simply "liberal" by a new name.    

The Reasonables     If  you intend to be seen and treated differently, you must both declare and demonstrate that you are different.   

Become  "A Reasonable."   We have clearly defined what that means on our  website.    Here's an snippet defining   "A Reasonable:"

A "Reasonable" approaches all aspects of his (her) life,  particularly money, religion, and politics,  with a combination of what his mind tells him and what his internal feelings tell him (intuition).    These people call themselves,  "The Reasonables" which means that on some issues they're conservative, on others, they're liberal, and on still others, they simply don't have enough information to hold a strong opinion one way or the other."   A "Reasonable" seeks and  proposes solutions that are based upon what the presently available evidence indicates as in the highest and best interest of all concerned in the long run.   A "Reasonable" examines trends and proposes adapting, adjusting, and  making the  necessary changes before disasters happen.   A "Reasonable" speaks up  even when what he has to offer isn't popular.
